As the Master Coffee Roaster at GRIMM COFFEE, but more importantly as a coffee aficionado, I strive to make that quality cup of coffee which my neighbors and friends can share and talk about the world and ourselves.  In the process, we can hopefully make this world a little better place.  

Hello!  My name is Taehee Yoo, and I am the Master Coffee Roaster (CSQM, Barista Instructor Level 1 & 2 from CRAK & SCA Certified Roaster, Barista & Brewer) at GRIMM COFFEE. Everyday I try to add the perfect balance of fire into the coffee beans that are the embodiment of heaven, earth & wind of this world!  If I could provide a bit of comfort and possibly add a bit of peace & love into one's life with my cup of coffee, I think I had a successful day!
